Delivery Schedule:
PP Tools is committed to manufacturing and supplying top-quality tools within
a reasonable timeframe. Please note our updated delivery schedule:
- In-stock items requiring marking: 3 business days
- Modified standard coated items: 5 business days
- Semi-special items requiring manufacture: 10 business days
- Semi-special items requiring manufacture and coating: 15 business days
- Special items requiring manufacture: 17 business days
- Special items requiring manufacture and coating: 20 business days
NOTE: For items that require manufacturing, once the process has commenced, we are unable to cancel, change, or refund your order.
Accounts Update:
PP Tools requests that all invoices be paid within 30 days of the invoice date.
If this is not possible, please notify us via email to arrange an alternative plan.
Accounts overdue by 45 days will be placed on hold until payment is received.
NOTE: Prices do not include GST. All catalogue tools are right hand cutting. Left hand cutting is available for all cutters (Special Manufacture) which is subject to a 15% Surcharge. Custom manufacturing and other coatings available on request.
Prices and specifications are subject to change without notification.
Any returned items will incur up to a maximum of 15% restocking fee.
All custom tooling and standard tools that have been etched with customer logo are not returnable.
